Public Sector Training - The Employability Track
For the public sector organisation seeking training for candidates who might once have been considered difficult to employ, we can also include a whole package for you, including many of the modules above, and with a strong emphasis on giving the candidate the hard and soft skills he or she needs for employment. We pride ourselves on getting people into work, and our unique approach to the whole question of unemployment, which often revolves around issues of confidence, motivation, self esteem, social exclusion as well as matters of qualifications is something that we are keen to address in our public sector trainings.
Furthermore, our programs work. For example, over the last two years we have inspired and motivated hundreds of people to take charge of their lives, find the confidence inside themselves and become self-reliant and fully engaged with life. 90.54% of the long-term unemployed who have attended our trainings have gone on to take permanent full time employment, or moved on to further education. We work with young people to motivate and engage them to fit into work and life, as well as working with HM Prisons in the rehabilitation of offenders.
