The journey continues!! KDS Training is delighted to be expanding into Scotland’s capital city this coming week. This new venture is only possible once again through partnership. Networking and partnerships is the key to success and as we enter another exciting phase of growth, we’re looking forward to delivering the same great results and seeing more unemployment eradicated.
This coming week sees KDS launch a programme of motivational academies that will run end to end into the summer, and we’re anticipating 150+ unemployed candidates being taken on the KDS journey and into a positive more motivated place.
Andrew Craig, Director of Training says, “This is a significant milestone in bringing what we have already been delivering in Renfrewshire, Glasgow, Forth Valley and the North, and bringing it to the Capital city and out to the East Coast of Scotland.”
As unemployment hits new highs, the message we hear too often is of less jobs, less opportunities and less desire to find work. The candidates that KDS Training will be delivering to are varied in their background and length of unemployment, but one thing is the same – all just need to make a change to get what they want. The candidates in Edinburgh referred by our partners A4E, will be given the launch-pad into employment, which they get through the positive messages and world class training within the Academy format. Additionally the excellent Employer partnerships KDS have developed will be linked to candidates who show the desire to “make the change”.
