In partnership with Aberdeen Council, KDS Training graduated the first candidates in a series of Positive Transition Academies which are running in Aberdeen. These two week motivational and employability focused Academies, featuring KDS's award winning,unique and innovative training methods, work with candidates on their personal development and employability skills. Life coaching, skills identification, communication, confidence, interview preparation and a good helping of motivation and positivity have equipped candidates to move forward in both their personal and career aims!
Completing the Academy has been a great achievement for all candidates, some of whom have been out of work for 20 years. From thinking they had little to offer an employer these candidates are now approaching employers in person and making a fantastic first impression! For the first time in many years these candidates are all smiling at the future, with the knowledge and tools to go out and make their mark on the world of work!
