The course is in partnership with KDS Training, CEiS Ayrshire and Jobcentre Plus with an aim to supporting people into sustainable employment opportunities.
KDS have worked with the participants to help them move above and beyond barriers that have been identified by each individual’s. The participants have had the opportunity for real life working experience, road safety awareness training and personal and professional development to help them move into the world of work.
KDS are very excited about the future work that we will be getting involved in across North Ayrshire as well as other regions across Scotland and we aim to increase and improve our partnership working to help many more people into work.
