Today was a day of Smiles in Stirling as seven stunning individuals graduated on completion of the KDS Call Centre Academy! As a result of the Academy all of the individuals who completed the course have secured interviews with local Call Centres and 3 have already secured employment and are awaiting a start date! KDS Training is based in Paisley and worked in partnership with Triage to deliver the course in Stirling. A rollercoaster of a ten days covering sales, telephone techniques, customer service, service recovery gave candidates the skills to go forward in this fast paced industry. Life coaching, personal enhancement, motivation, confidence building and a good helping of positivity equipped candidates with the skills to move forward, and continue to move forward, in their personal lives! Smiles grew as the 10 days went on and smiles will continue to grow as their journey in life and employment goes on and they continue to strive to achieve the grade above excellence personally and professionally!
