KDS worked in partnership with A4e to deliver a warehouse/logistics academy in Edinburgh which finished today in a buzz of excitement in the capital! This academy combined A4e's internationally renowned business training consultancy experience with KDS Training's award winning training methods to work with 15 individuals to enhance their personal development and employability skills! Input from Stevie Kidd, KDS, A4e and Money made Clear combined with a sector overview, road safety, route planning, customer service, Life coaching, personal enhancement, motivation, confidence building and a good helping of positivity equipped candidates with the skills to move forward, and continue to move forward, in their personal lives!
Smiles grew as the days went on and smiles will continue to grow as their journey in life and employment goes on and they continue to strive to achieve the grade above excellence personally and professionally!
As the Graduation closed the Capital gained 15 work ready individuals all raring to continue their employment or ace their interviews!
