The Academy is in partnership with Jobcentre Plus and the Paisley Partnership Regeneration Company.
The candidates are already enjoying the Academy and getting fully involved in the KDS Training ethos.
The Academy includes First Aid, fire safety, mock interviews, employability and road safety. Work experience has already been arranged with FedEx.
The candidates have life coaching with Stevie Kidd and Mind Over Matter training at David Lloyd in Paisley which covers relaxation and a physical workout to look forward to.
