KDS TRAINER REQUIRED

KDS Training are looking for a trainer who will be able to work within both public and corporate environments, delivering high quality training to all demographics, including high ranking executives and people from a socially disadvantaged background.

The role of trainer will bring you into contact with people from all walks of life. As well as being able to clearly convey the content of the courses, you will also be able to inspire and motivate people to see the opportunities and challenges ahead of them.
In the Training Academy context, you will have the satisfaction of seeing people flourish under your training over a four week period, and you will also enjoy delivering shorter trainings which can be of any length from a half day upwards.

EMPLOYMENT ENGAGEMENT OFFICER REQUIRED
As KDS Training's Employment Engagement Officer, your role will be to liaise with existing employers with whom we are partnered to ensure that they have ring-fenced positions within their organisation that our Training Academy graduates can feed into and to find new ones. You will also work to identify prospective new employment partners who would be interested in taking in a new intake of motivated, interested and highly trained individuals.
The job will require that you have good interpersonal skills and that you are organised and motivated. This is a great opportunity to work in numerous settings and build relationships between KDS and partners who wish to join the Training Academy scheme.
