From an impressive section of candidates we were able to select 12 to begin the course.
The Academy focussed on the distribution sector and is in partnership with North Lanarkshire Council and Routes to Work North.
The 3-week Academy began with buddy sessions and the importance of road safety. Other areas will be covered in the Academy including employability and first aid.
