Making A Difference
Week by week, month by month, KDS Training is making a real and tangible difference to the lives of hundreds of people, giving them the confidence to get back into the workplace, and to realise that they have a valuable and important role to play in society. The sense of satisfaction and empowerment that comes from finding employment, and the sense of "belonging" and dignity that meaningful work creates in the graduates of our academies gives us yet more motivation to inspire others to find work.
But KDS Training does far more than simply provide interview skills and lessons on "How To Write A CV". Yes, we do that too, but what makes our approach so unique and innovative is our holistic proactive approach to employment. Because our training academies have a specific outcome designed into them: not only to give people the confidence and the skills to work in a particular sector, but also to place our graduates into full-time, long-term employment within that sector.
